Who Were The Mayans?

The remainders of the Mayan culture can be found at the Yucatán Peninsula, as well as in Honduras, Guatemala and some other places in Central America. For decades archaeologists and anthropologists have studied the present indigenous communities that name themselves mayans. Juan was born in Mexico City, the ancient capital of Tenochtitlan, from a lineage of mystical wisdom carriers. With this heritage and early studies of his traditions he is surrounded by all kinds of influences, from the classical western philosophy to the traditional mesoamerican cosmovisions.

Now, his Mission has chosen his place of residence to be the heart of South Africa, where awakening and discovery have begun the transformation of the land, the people and the hearts. A land where the higher Energy levels are surfacing between the adversity and distress of the powers who refuse to let go. The perfect place for a Nahual* to set quarters, share the knowledge and surrender his self.

Juan Sandoval lectures and offers the point of views of the ancient Mayans, Toltecs and other of Meso-American traditions, combining them with the light and sharing sense of these exciting new times.
